Hey there! When was the last time you got a report card? As entrepreneurs, we are all very busy putting out fires and getting things crossed off our to-do lists. However, it’s also good to stop, sit back, and find out how you are doing. Do you ever wonder what your customers think about your work? Important questions to ponder include : Sometimes, we forget to actually ASK people to review us. Take a few minutes today, reach out to 3 to 5 people and ask them one or more of the questions I posed above. Post the response on your website (you do have a website, right?? If not, see here.) When other potential customers read those reviews, they will be more likely to buy with you. Credibility builds trust! I like the idea of taking time to see if you are doing well. However, it left me with a question. What are the criteria that we can use to measure an analyze the performance?
