are you setting your goals?

{illustration by things people say}

are you setting your 30-60-90 day goals?  it’s very easy as entrepreneurs to have so many aspirations swimming in our heads.  but until you start writing them down and compartmentalizing them into 30-60-90 day small goal buckets, it will be very difficult to achieve those BIG goals.

first, take a sheet of paper and write down 50 things you would like to achieve this year.  then, cross off anything that will not either bring your happiness or money.  let’s face it… it’s not about the money.  however, your revenue allows you to do what you love each day and spread your message out in a bigger way.

second, narrow the list down to 20 goals and start prioritizing them into 5 (30 day goals), 5(60 day goals), 5 (90 day goals) and 5 stretch goals to achieve by the end of the year.

third, as you start achieving your monthly goals ~ reward yourself and tackle the next.  it’s time to hustle and make your goals a reality.

i would love to hear about your progress.  please share below.

How you can sell to your DREAM store :)

Have you ever been so darn inspired you could burst?

That’s exactly how I feel after speaking at Tory Johnson’s Spark and Hustle conference in New York this month.  She had some of the most amazing line-up of speakers for the 3-day event and I was honored to be a part of it! Tory’s conference also pushed me to “hustle” on my spark and do something that I have been putting off for awhile.

I am so excited to share with you here.

If you have a product-based business and have been dreaming about getting it into your dream store, it’s time to get up and start hustling!  Here is a chance for you to get inside the head of what retail buyers are looking for and make your product retail-ready!  Are you READY?

If your answer is yes, click here.

We are going to get right down to some of the core challenges and questions that have come up in my one-on-one consulting sessions with clients around the country.  Seating is limited so be sure to grab your spot. Also, I will be announcing a special bonus to all the attendees at the end of the workshop!  You don’t want to miss it! :)

Look forward to meeting you!!
